Drifting Away at South Farm

October 21, 2016

Nikki and George are a lovely couple, they wanted their wedding to reflect their style and also where they come from. George was born and raised on the south coast of England and spent many days on the beach and Nikki is a good welsh gal who grew up surrounded by natural forests and rich landscapes.

Their wedding flowers decor included little features which included driftwood branches and tiny sea shells. The colour scheme was dusky pink and pastel tone shades mixed throughout and we used the best flowers for this, Avalanche Roses, in pink, pale pearl, peach and white. We accented with Saponaria and other delicate filler flowers and foliages. We also features beautiful Phalenopsis Orchids in the bridal bouquet.

Their wedding at south farm really bright the rustic beach feel they wanted with a country style and they loved their flowers we created for them. We created a beautiful one of a kind driftwood flower display and it naturally was in the shape of a conche shell (fate) it looked amazing! We spent 3 months priming it to be used, sanding and polishing and varneshing and they now have this in their home as a candle display. A beautiful reminder of their special day.
